Leaving

We got into our cars and pulled out of camp for the last time on Tuesday morning.  It was a beautiful, sunny day and the views leaving the park were spectacular.

On our drive out we chanced upon of group of rhinos crossing the road.  After about a ten minute stand still they went along there way and we continued until we came across the elephant herd.  At least fifty elephants were scattered on both sides of the road with the dominant male and three other males directly in front of us blocking our path.  We watched as they communicated with each other until they finally gave way for us to proceed.

It was a beautiful end to a beautiful trip.
