The Rehearsal Dinner

A braai, or South African bar-b-q, was prepared for the rehearsal dinner.  There were also left over fish from the boy's trip that were grilled for the evening.

We finished the night with drinks by the firepit.

Tala Game Reserve

Friday morning we left Ballito for Tala, a game reserve about an hour from Durban.  We arrived for a sunset game drive before the rehearsal dinner.

Downtown Durban

We spent a couple days checking out downtown Durban.  The beaches were beautiful and filled with young kids and surfers.  After visiting the aquarium and seeing dolphins and sharks we had cocktails on the pier and a great dinner by the water.
